How it works

  1. Bring your booking calendar

Your last year of booked moves by date, your average job value, and the days your trucks sat idle. That calendar tells us where marketing should push.

  2. Get a plan aimed at open dates

We match search, ads and follow-up to the dates you need filled, with the cost of each part written down before anything starts.

  3. Start with a conversation

No forms and no sales funnel. Call, text or email; you'll talk to a senior strategist.

Services

Marketing services for moving companies

A moving company sells a perishable product: a crew and a truck on a given day. An empty Tuesday can't be sold next week. Movers.Agency builds marketing around that fact. We look at your booking calendar first, find the dates that go unsold, and point local search, ads, your website and your follow-up at filling them. We are a marketing and consulting service for movers, not a mover. We never handle anyone's belongings.

Why moving marketing is a calendar problem

Most agencies treat a moving company like any other local business: get more leads, report the click count, repeat. That misses how a mover actually makes money. Your revenue is capped by trucks multiplied by working days, and the peaks fill themselves. The profit sits in the shoulder days.

Here is a simple way to see it. Say you run three trucks and could do one local move per truck per day, about 66 truck-days in a typical month. If your peak weekends are already full but you book 40 of those 66 slots, there are 26 empty truck-days. At an average local job of, say, $1,500, that is $39,000 of capacity a month that never earned anything. Marketing aimed at the right dates goes after that number, not just at "more leads".

That is why every plan starts with your own data:

  • bookings by day of the week and day of the month for the last 12 months
  • average job value for local, long-distance and commercial work
  • how many quote requests became booked moves
  • which days your crews sat idle or were sent home early

What we do for moving companies

Five services cover almost everything a mover needs. Most companies start with two or three, and the services overview explains how to choose.

  • Local search: your Google Business Profile, location pages and the map results for "movers near me" in each area you serve.
  • Websites and quote-to-booking: a site that makes it easy to ask for an estimate, and a follow-up routine so estimates turn into dates on the calendar.
  • Google Ads: paid search tuned to move type, distance and the dates you need, with spending cut on days you're already full.
  • Honest reviews: a routine that asks every customer after every move, with no incentives and no filtering out of unhappy customers.
  • Long-distance and commercial: route pages, office relocation marketing and the slower, higher-value sales cycle that comes with them.

The trust problem every mover has to solve

People hand a moving crew everything they own, often to a company they found an hour earlier. Customers are nervous about surprise charges, damage and crews that don't show. Your marketing has to answer those fears before the first phone call, not after.

In practice that means:

  1. Show the real company. Real crew photos, real trucks with your name on them, and a clear legal business name.
  2. Explain how you price. Hourly, flat-rate or binding estimate: say which you use and what can change the final bill.
  3. Make reviews easy to find and easy to trust. A long, recent run of genuine reviews, with calm replies to the bad ones.
  4. Answer quickly. A move enquiry often goes to the first company that responds in a useful way.

Our guide to converting estimate requests works through each step with numbers you can test on your own business.

Proof from our HVAC work

Our published case studies come from heating and cooling companies, so we present them as results from our HVAC work, not as moving results. They show the method: BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days, and HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. Heating companies and movers share the same shape of problem, with sharp peaks, slow stretches and customers who choose fast. The results page explains what transfers to a moving company and what doesn't.

Coverage across Canada

We work with moving companies in every province and territory. Markets differ a great deal: Quebec has a concentrated lease turnover around July 1, the Prairies have long, very cold winters that make a January move a harder sell, and the territories are small markets where one company's name can carry a whole town. The areas we serve page has a section for each region.

Frequently asked questions

What is Movers.Agency?

Movers.Agency is a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service for moving companies. Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads it, and it belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, a Canadian group with its headquarters in Vancouver, BC.

Are you a moving company?

No. We don't pack, load, drive, store or move anything, and we never send a crew anywhere. We market and advise the companies that do.

Do you sell shared moving leads?

No. We build marketing that brings enquiries to your own phone, website and Google profile. Those enquiries are yours alone, and so are the accounts that produce them.

How much does it cost?

We use the Trades.Agency price list: the entry plan is $1,999 a month, dropping to $1,499 a month if billed annually, and Canadian clients add GST/HST by province. You can leave on 30 days' notice.

Can you promise a number of booked moves?

No. Bookings depend on your prices, your crews, how fast you answer and your local competition. We show you the maths behind a plan, what similar methods produced in our HVAC work, and how we will report every month.

Do you work with movers outside BC?

Yes. We work with moving companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories, and each region page covers the local markets, seasons and agencies worth knowing.
